Our Monday meeting was called to order by Pres Mary a little after 7am. Jon had fellowship this morning and regaled us with his version of "Tales From The Crypt". It was nice to have him back from his recent trip to Florida. The Buck handled Happy Dollars. Everyone seemed pretty happy! This was supposed to be a business meeting but the Board was unable to meet last week so we spent the morning just getting caught up on things. Mike gave us more information about the Dragon Boat Races. We still are in need of a few strong backs. Check with Mike. Marianne got us up to date on the Installation Banquet.

From Norwich, take Route 2 past Foxwoods Casino (head out by Bishop School over the bridge). Follow signs to Pawcatuck/Westerly. You will see signs for Route 78. Take a right onto Route 78/Westerly beaches and stay on it until the end (about 4 miles). At the busy stop light, take a left onto Route 1N (you will see CVS Pharmacy in front of you). You will pass Sandy’s Fruit Emporium on your right and Stop and Shop on your left. Stoplight at Stop and Shop. Continue straight. Stoplight at Westerly Middle School. Continue straight. Stoplight at busy intersection . Continue straight. You will pass Benny’s and WalMart’s on your left. Stoplight. Continue straight through the light. You will see Robin Hills Estates on your left. Soon you will see a sign for the Shelter Harbor Inn and Wagner Road on your right. Take the right onto Wagner Road at the stoplight. Continue straight down the road. You will see a dead end sign - just continue straight – 92 Wagner Road – next to the last house on your left – brick house facing water. Enter on porch side/right side of house.

It will take you about forty minutes to get there from Norwich.

You may park on the sides of the road at the bottom of the hill – our neighbors at the end of the road are only summer residents/do not block the dock.
